Meditation for pain relief

Meditation is gaining popularity these days and people start to use meditation for purposes they did non before. One of those is definetely pain relief. Even meditation for pain relief is usually considered as alternative medicine technique, but that is changing now.
U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research Quality performed review of 34 randomized trials and found evidence that mindfulness meditation programs are beneficial for reducing pain severity.
According to specialists, meditation really is capable of biochemical changes in the same way as drugs. Sometimes is mediation the only solution for people that either cannot use medication or pain killers are just not working on them. Even 20 minutes a day can make huge difference and now we finally have some evidence that mediation is not crazy alternative medicine, but really working method. In times where everything in healthcare costs thousands dollars it is also very important, that meditation is free.
If you would like to try meditation, there is one amazing book I can recommend to you, even if you don’t have problems with pain, it can also help you a lot, especially as great stress reduction.

Never use any facial oil or moisturizer on a dirty face and always clean your face before applying something like this on your skin. Clean your face first! If you use it on dirty skin, you only help all that bad stuff
1. Coconut Milk
Dry skin remedies
I would like to start with my favorite and that is coconut milk. Even it is now known that coconut milk will probably not help you to lose weight when taken internally, it can help you moisturize your skin if taken topically.  Rub coconut milk on places where you have problems with dry skin and leave it there for whole night. When you wake up, you will be surprised how soft your skin is.

Probably everyone should have some baking soda at home, because there are so many ways you can use it at your home. Not many people knows it, but you can use it in fact also on your dry skin. you can either add one cup of baking soda while taking bath, or just create mixture of soda and water and apply this to dry areas.
3. Avocado
Isolated avocado
Avocado is another natures product that can help you in fight with dry skin. Grab some avocados and mash them until you have really smooth paste. When you create this homemade face mask, apply it on your face and leave it there for at least 20 minutes. After 20 minutes on your face, rinse it with warm water, but then use really cold water also. Cold water will close up your poeres and your skin will stay moisturized.
4. Vinegar
Do not use classic vinegar for this, much better will be apple cider vinegar. Just add vinegar to your bath, it might smell bad, but is really helpful. I recommend this one which I have great experience with.
5. Oils
Olive oil
Oils are something what have people been using as moisturizer for ages and of course it still works and best of all it is 100% natural and very cheap. You can use many kinds of oils, best is probably olive oil, but also coconut oil, sesame oil, jojoba oil or even almond oil. Before you go to bath or shower, massage into your skin some of these oils. When you are done with your shower or bath, use only light moisturizer and you are done.
6. Banana
Banana tree
This is another home remedy for dry skin I just love, because I love bananas, their taste and their smell. Well, bananas are not only good as food, but are also perfect moisturizers.  For your home made banana face moisturizing mask you need only 1/4 of ripe banana, tablespoon of quality honey and 1/2 cup of bio quality natural yogurt. Mix it all up and use on your face. Rinse it with warm water and then with cold water.
7. Honey
honey skin moisturizer

Honey is not only moisturizer, but has also many other positive effects on your skin. High quality 100% natural honey has many anti-microbial and also anti-oxidant properties which are great for your skin and overall health. If you want to enjoy full health benefits of honey, it is extremely important to use only high quality ones and those are usually not those in your local store. Anti aging vitamins and skin care products

Everybody probably knows, that vitamins can really help you with flu or cold, but not so many people know how vitamins are important in skin care and how much they can help you with your skin problems.
Vitamin C – When talking of anti aging skin care products, the first thing that comes to mind is vitamin C and products based on it. These products work by enabling the synthesis of collagen (a structural protein that is found in skin). This category of anti aging skin care products is related to anti-oxidants. Anti aging skin care products that are based on vitamin C are, however, posed with the danger of getting oxidized themselves, because they comes to contact with air during usage. So some anti aging skin care products are based on the derivatives of vitamin C, which are more stable and less expensive. However, the effectiveness of such anti aging skin care is not as much as it is for vitamin C based anti aging skin care products.
Vitamin E – Besides vitamin C, vitamin E and lipoic acid are anti-oxidants too. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble anti-oxidant that is found in human blood and helps in building resistance against infection. Vitamin E is also known to inhibit cancer. Lipoic acid is known to combat the signs of aging very effectively by reversing the skin damage caused by the aging process.
Phytochemicals form the other category of anti aging skin care products. Phytochemical are special chemicals that are extracted from plants. There are a variety of phytochemicals that are in use today. Phytochemicals prevent occurrence of cancer of certain types; these include prostate cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer. That is why they find their place in anti aging skin care products.
Some B-vitamins like B5, B6 and B12 are also in use for anti aging skin care products and really veryi mportant for you skin health.
The field of anti aging skin care products is vast and needs a lot of research. Though the currently available products are effective, they still have challenges to combat. Hopefully, these challenges will get resolved in due course and help get better and cheaper anti aging skin care products.
However, anti aging skin care products should always be used only as a supplement to the natural ways of skin and body care. Natural ways are always the best this whole web Health Tips Blog has one of the goals teaching and informing about natural ways.
Absolute basics of skin care are: drinking a lot of water, getting a good night sleep, exercising regularly, maintaining healthy eating habits and avoiding stress whenever it is possible. If you do these things your skin will not only look better, but your overall health will be improved and what is also important, you will literally slow aging process of your skin which is I think goal of many of us.
