How to Remove Pimples Naturally at Home

pimples-naturallyPimples are now a common problem faced by teenagers and also adults.
Unlike dehydration and other bodily issues causing the problem, the environmental pollution, excessive oil intake, exposure to sun, use of cosmetics, stress and untimely food, sleep and water intake are now responsible for breaking out pimples.
Do not panic!!!
We have some good kitchen secrets and tips that helps naturally cure the pimples.

Home-made masks:

Products readily available in your kitchen work amazing and are promising rather than the pre-packed store bought masks.
  • Aloe Vera gel a tonic to treat acne. Apply some gel onto the acne prone area and rinse after drying up.
  • Lemon juice – a cheap and readily available fruit that fights acne and also helps cover up blemishes and scars. Apply some drops of it on the acne area and wash off after 20 minutes to reduce the acne breakouts all naturally.
  • Baking soda: It is packed with antifungal and antiseptic properties.
Mix 1 tsp of baking soda + drops of water to make a thick paste. Apply on acne area and wash off after 5 minutes.
  • Tea tree oil: It has medical properties to fight pimples. Apply some tea tree oil extracts using cotton on pimples and wash off after 5 minutes. Make sure you use Tea Tree oil in smaller quantities.

 Stay away from chemicals:

Today, whatever products you buy from stores including cleansing lotions, face wash, moisturizers, night creams, sunscreens make up items, lipsticks, eyeliners, and almost every product you use on a daily basis has chemicals in it which may pose many skin related issues in longer run.  Try to avoid using many chemical products by replacing soaps and face wash with homemade scrubs (I recommend using Sunni-Pindi) to exfoliate the daily dead skin and a clean skin pore.
Minimize your make-up use!!!

Hands:

Don’t touch your face with bare hands during the day as the bacteria and germs present in the hands tend to extreme the acne on skin. I know it is an unconscious habit so try to wash your hands very often or every hour and you will be surprised to see the change.

 Dairy products:

Avoid dairy milk which leads to higher severity of acne. However, Buttermilk works wonders for skin. Intake a glass of buttermilk to keep your body cools all the day.

 Water:

Sip some water every 30 minutes by dehydrating your body organs all time, rather than consuming a bottle of water all at a time.
