Olive oil ,Omega-3 foods (walnuts, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds)Avocados, Nuts, Tart cherries,Onions and garlic, Pineapple, Spinach & leafy greens, Turmeric and ginger , Orange-colored vegetables and fruits
