A very normal human being emotion can be termed as anxiety, Anxiety varies depending up on the moods and the emotions we are being in to. Anxiety is not under a single form it differs as panic disorder, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, compulsive disorder and stress disorder.  Before or some times you are been in to this disorder while you are taking up an exam or fixing an issue in the office, a sudden over drive or even while taking an important decision etc. This anxiety leads to depression some times and links with the person ability and drives to other corner of the normal life.
  • People with anxiety disorder emotionally feel fear and worry and the emotional symptoms of anxiety are like anticipating badly, feeling tensed, find trouble to concentrate, irritability, a feel of having dread, looking for danger signs, restlessness, feeling like the mind has gone blank etc.
  • In addition to the emotional symptoms there seems physical symptoms too. These physical symptoms will become disorders for the medical illness. Some of them are Insomnia, head aches, tremors, fast heart beat, feeling tight to breath,  fatigue, upset of stomach, sweating, tension in the muscle, dizziness etc.
  • Social anxiety, This disorder is carried with the everyday social situations, when you feel you are being judged by some others or moving in a way that causes embarrassment directs to the social anxiety disorder.
  • Generalized anxiety, Being tensed or worried for illusions kind and worrying in excessive manner even if there is nothing or little to worry about. The above will calls for the generalized anxiety problems.
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder, If a person is facing some continuous thoughts and fears that are prompting him to follow a set of rituals it is an obsessive compulsive disorder. Pondering about those thoughts pushes him to admit few kind of things which he is not done before.
  • Specific phobia, We generally fear to go near to a snake or climbing specific heights, but the increased rate of fear for these kind of situations is called specific phobia. The phobia differs with the situations and things. It diverts a person from the normal and common practices.
  • Panic disorder, Panic disorder makes the people to face terror in sudden with out any warning, some of the symptoms including with this disorder are sweating severely, irregular heart beat, chest pain and choking.
Tips to get rid off anxiety
  •  Meditate – Aim to do meditation, it will decrease the pumping thoughts and makes your mind to sit concentrate. It gives your mind a kind of relaxation so that you feel some how better from the disturbing thoughts.
  • Stay out of noise- Try to live in a place where you can feel peaceful and stay away from the noisy and disturbing places as they increases the disturbance in the mind.
  •  Rest your self- Taking plenty of rest will makes your nervous system to function well and to recover. Even if you don’t get the sleep just lay down on the bed, it benefits for the nervous system and decreases the insomnia problem.
  • Drink hot water – Drinking hot water will remove the toxicity present in the nervous system and it cleans it up and settles.
