In the overall conclusion of heart disease to women, women are more prone to the heart strokes and heart diseases due to various several factors. The change in the lifestyle, habits they are making, getting deep on smoking and alcohols, depression due to the work load and relational problems, unbalanced diet protocol and working for more than hours are all incorporating to the attack of heart diseases.
In the reproductive age female hormones protect the coronary arteries effects. Hence in that age coronary artery diseases are less. But due to the heavy working in the house and at office and mental depression conditions are driving for the heart diseases more.
Risk Factors for heart stroke
Having high blood pressure/ cholesterol, Diabetes, Usage of birth control pills, Consumption of alcohol in excess amounts, smoking, Atrial fibrillation, history of stroke in your family, Atrial fibrillation, Previous stroke or heart attack and age factor.
Warning call
Women who are going to be affected by the heart disease will feel some of the conditions on prior. They are chest pain, weakness, breathlessness, sweating, pain in jaw, pain in neck /left shoulder and palpitation. Chest pain might be atypical in few cases.
Most likely they feel burning sensation, pain in jaw, pain in the back and left shoulder. Women experience with more vomiting, nausea, indigestion and fatigue, with out having chest pain.
Heart Stroke warnings are
Sudden weakness of face, getting limb on one side, Sudden or severe headache, Unexplained dizziness, Sudden loss or dimness of vision – most often in one eye, feeling tough to talk and difficult in understanding the speech.
Prevention steps
Women can reduce the risk of heart attack by controlling the risk factors of heart disease such as maintaining good weight according to the health, controlling diabetics, blood pressure, healthy eating , regular exercises, and through avoiding alcohols and smoking. It is recommended that people who have abnormal blood pressure and diabetes need to contact the doctor once in an year for check up and take prevalent care inorder to prevent the blood pressure and diabetics problems, where as the one with normal blood pressure and normal diabetics should consult once in two years for the normal check ups.
Prevention of Heart Attack and Stroke
  •   Quit smoking, as smoking is termed as the cause of heart and lung diseases.
  •  Avoid or limit the consumption of alcohol intake to run out from the serious heart issues.
  • Mingle in physical activity, By doing a physical activity it decrease the cholesterol levels and will prevents the heart from problems.
  • Follow good diet, eating habits are very important to prevent any health problem, include vegetables, fruits, daily products, nuts and vitamins more.
  • Age is not painting a limit for the heart diseases, they may affect in different ages. But in the younger age due to the protective care on coronary arteries keeps the heart problems at bay but after the menopause CAD incidence in men and women will become same. Stress might be the severe cause for the heart disease in a women.
