What is low blood pressure?
Having low blood pressure than the normal is termed as low blood pressure, another name for low blood pressure is hypotension. In adults, the low pressure will not give any symptoms and doesn’t causes any problems. Symptoms like dizziness and fainting makes your blood pressure fall suddenly and it shows the blood pressure is too low. The same can calls for the shock, which must be treated rightaway after getting otherwise it will be dangerous.
The measure of how tough the blood is pushing against the arteries walls as it moves in your body is called blood pressure. It consists of two numbers – systolic and diastolic.The systolic number gives the result that how hard our blood pushes while the heart is pumping.The diastolic number gives the result that how hard our blood is pushing between heartbeats while the heart is relaxed and when the heart is filling with blood.
 The normal blood pressure is 120/80 here 120 shows the systolic number and 80 explains the diastolic number. But there is no accurate number thesis for the low blood pressure when it is too low. When the blood pressure falls suddenly from the normal doctors treat it is low blood pressure. Symptom for the low blood pressure stands less than 90/60.
 Causes of the low blood pressure
-Getting up suddenly after sitting or lie down. This will results a quick drop in our blood pressure -orthostatic hypotension.
-Feeling with trauma like bleeding heavy or having severe burns.
-Heart related problems, serious infections, intestines bleeding and thyroid diseases will trigger the low blood pressure.
-Standing for long time with out sitting breaks.
-Not consuming enough fluids will trigger dehydration and results the subsequent problems.
-Medicines like high blood pressure medicine and other heart medicines will also cause the problems.
  Symptoms of low blood pressure
 
Most of the people who have low blood pressure don’t have any symptoms.
-Feeling dizziness, lightheaded and faint.
-Having black stools.
-Having a fever and irregular heartbeat.
-Sick to stomach or regular vomiting
-Being confused
-Feeling more thirsty than regular an having blurriness in the vision.
-Having cold and breathing very fast.
-Feeling tired and weak.

If suddenly you feel dizzy or having lightheaded, relax yourself by sitting or lie down for few minutes, You can try keeping your head between knees to go back to your normal blood pressure levels and also to skip away the symptoms.
